Our company was founded as "Limited Partnership" in 2003 after three years of preparatory work. Later, owing to the increase of orders, the company grew and became bigger so in 2008 the Limited Partnership was transformed into a "Limited Liability Company". Since the date of its foundation our company with 13-year professional experience behind has completed 140 houses. We typically build individually designed residential paneled houses, which we offer with three different alert levels. Due to the constructional materials we used and to the quality of work, the customers get reliable and stable quality houses, without any unpleasant surprises, at very competitive prices.

Norbert Kertész graduated Pollack Mihály Faculty of Architecture Engineering at University of Pécs in 1995. From 1998 he worked as an office manager for the Building Authority Office in Kaposvár. From the beginning of 2003 he established the "Limited Partnership" and he has been performing the executive director's responsibilities of Ker-Terv 2008 Ltd. since January 2008.
Szabolcs Terestyényi

Szabolcs Terestyényi graduated as an architect Pollack Mihály Faculty of Architecture at University of Pécs in 1999. In 1999, he worked for "Investment Ltd" - as an architecture designer- engineer. In 2000 he worked as a construction manager and architecture designer engineer for "Profile Ltd". From 2002 he worked as an official administrative officer for the Building Authority Office of Kaposvár. At the beginning of the year 2003 he worked for the former "Limited Partnership", then from January 2008 he has been performing the project manager's and the construction manager's responsibilities of Ker-Terv 2008 Ltd.
