Advantages

Before you start planning, you must decide what construction material you would like your dream house to be built. Would you like to choose traditional building material such as stone, brick, concrete or some modern one?

Do not be afraid of lightweight technology!

In the Northern European countries and The United States lightweight houses have been built for more than 300 years, while in Hungary the technology is about 30 years old. In Germany, Austria 50% of the new buildings are built with the help of lightweight-technology, while we have used this technology for only 5-10% of the houses. But why are we averse from it.....? Because we do not know it!

1. Speed
An avarage building operation with lightweight-technology takes about 60-90 days. This short time is due to dry technology, prefabrication, and to the fact that different work processes can be performed simultaneously due to prefabrication.

2. Designer's freedom
There are no module sizes, so there are no size restrictions. Curved walls, circular spaces and openings can be formed easily. Even a 28- meter- truss roof structure without stranchion is feasible. Later, the interior arrangement of the building can be easily converted as 75% of the partitions are not load bearing.

3. Energy efficiency, excellent thermal and sound insulation
The heating costs of light-houses can be reduced by about 30-50%. Even the 15 cm thick external walls can provide 30% better thermal insulation than the conventional construction methods. The good thermal insulation reduce the CO2 emissions significantly. Compared to the traditional brick buildings the lightweight structure is unbeatable in this field, which is becoming more and more important due to the growing energy prices.

4. Space-saving
The technology used for lightweight houses makes possible the building of thinner external coverage (walls) opposed to the traditional method of construction, and as a result bigger useful housing floorspace can be obtained on the same build -up area of the property. Using the same insulation it means 10-13 m2 bigger net space in case of a 100m2 big house. The thinner walls result and more useful floorspace.

5. Cost efficiency
More useful area could been created due to the thinner walls. Owing to the short construction time cause sparing for the family due to spanding shorter time in lodgings. On the other hand taking the whole process from design, through licensing to construction save a plenty of extra time, energy and money.

6. Accuracy
A light house size is much more accurate than a conventional building design. The right angle is the right angle, the vertical is the vertical and the sizes of the plan are calculated with millimeter precision in each case.

7. Easy calculation
As the implementation is made by a single contractor and it takes a very short time, there are no misunderstandings or surprises and the prices are guaranteed.

8. Durability
This technology is about 30 years old in Hungary but there are 100- or even 200 -year-old houses abroad built with the help of lightweight-technology.

9. High level of fire protection
The walls are extremely resisent to fire. They outperformed the Hungarian EMI-level exam's requirements (30-minute fire resistence in 1100 celsius burning cave) with more than 2 hours resistence. This was possible due to the specially treated wood panels, the special drywall-technology and the inflammable heat and sound insulation.

10. Earthquake resistance
Due to the flexible truss structure, the earthquake resistence of a lightweight house is much better than that of traditional buildings.

11. Environmental Protection
The optimum material usage results less waste, so minimal waste burdens the environment.

Good to know:

During the construction progress, beside the quality aspects we take into consideration the environmental aspects especially the carbon emission of the used material (It does not mean higher costs due to the competition of suppliers). As for the heating when we build or design a house we recommend the technology (solar systems) that can make extensive use of electrical energy. Although these electrical systems have higher acquisition costs, they could become profitable in medium term, due to the lower maintenance costs. As we only use modern insulation technology and environmentally friendly materials, our buildings have only A+ energy classifications. Most of our customers say, that the main reasons for choosing these kind of houses are: speed, accuracy, professionalism, good thermal insulation and the affordable price.

Due to the above principles and the high quality working progress, we have also been working abroad since 2012.
